1. Eligibility
  • The referral incentive is open to individuals and businesses who successfully introduce a buyer who completes the purchase of cake.co.za.
  • The referring party must be named in the Offer to Purchase Form submitted by the buyer at the time of their offer.
  • The referred buyer must not be someone already in active negotiations with the seller at the time of the referral.
2. Incentive Structure
  • The referring party will receive 10% of the final sale price.
  • Payment will be made within 90 days of the successful completion of the sale, once full payment has been received from the buyer.
  • The referral incentive is payable via bank transfer to a South African bank account or another mutually agreed method.
3. Validity of Referrals
  • The referral must be officially declared by the buyer in their submitted Offer to Purchase Form.
  • If multiple people claim to have referred the same buyer, only the individual named in the buyer’s offer form will be eligible for the incentive.
  • If no referrer is named in the form, no referral fee will be paid.
4. Buyer Qualification
  • The referred buyer must complete the purchase at the full agreed sale price for the incentive to apply.
  • Any discounts or price negotiations affecting the final amount will proportionally adjust the referral fee.
  • The buyer must not be a related party (e.g., spouse, business partner, or direct associate) of the referring party.
5. Disputes & Final Decision
  • Any disputes regarding referrals or incentive payments will be handled at the sole discretion of the seller.
  • The seller reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice.
  • The final decision regarding any referral incentive payment rests with the seller and is binding.
